The course is intended for individuals or professionals working as auditors, assessors,
and champions who are assigned to lead change initiatives or individuals who are
working in organizations which have recently introduced a Lean program and expect
changes in processes, infrastructure and culture. The course covers all aspects
of change and helps leaders and employees successfully grasp fundamental elements,
tools and techniques of Lean transformation. The course is not intended to teach
how to downsize the organization or reduce costs that negatively impact human development.
The course addresses all the elements of change and teaches how an organization
can best make use of its resources and technology to resolve issues during its transformation
to a leaner organization.
We issue Certificates that are accepted by IRCA and RABQSA as evidence of continual professional development.

The main objective of the course is to teach the audience the most effective
and proven ways to embrace Lean initiative, help champions or sponsors develop the
supporting infrastructure and contribute to the organization's overall goals.
The course is expected to provide the audience with examples and case studies that
have helped several leading organizations, which implemented Lean, achieve significant improvements in productivity,
delivery / lead time, cost and human development.

- Understand the Change process associated with Lean program implementation;
- Understand the human aspects of this change and how to be motivated to embrace Lean
program and accept it as a positive event that flows into the organization to help
it grow and innovate;
- Learn how to address the softer elements of Lean transformation by making key people
in the organization accountable, engaging employees and leaders at every level,
getting a larger percentage of employees to care deeply about the organization’s
motive to implement Lean, preparing them to face challenges with a positive attitude;
- Learn how to address the harder elements of change by knowing how to manage Lean
projects in terms of timelines for completion, allocation of the right resources
and their time, and obtaining commitments from senior management;
- Understand how to sustain the momentum of a Lean transformation program throughout
the deployment of the program and keep the staff aware, well-educated and enthusiastic
to embrace the change willingly;
- Understand how to conduct Lean maturity audits and what type of questions you should
ask;
- Define Lean transformation metrics and know how to link Lean metrics with financial
measures;
- Understand the elements of an implementation plan and follow the process to enable
smooth transformation - communication, measurement and reporting, risk planning
based on ISO 31000;
- Get familiarized with strategy, marketing and technology cycles of organizations
and know about tools and tactics that can help re-launch or adjust the transformation
process according to changing cycles.
