This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the CBG website. CBG currently sells digital documents delivered as downloads, and the terms for those purchases are set out below. Any other type of product we may offer in the future — such as training courses — will have its own refund terms stated on the product page and at checkout.
CBG digital products are documents delivered as an instant download immediately after purchase. Because access to the files is granted right away, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable once download access has been provided.
We will review a refund request in the following situations:
If you experience any problem with your purchase, please contact us before requesting a refund. In most cases we can resolve the issue quickly or send you a replacement file. Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
By purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, where applicable, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download begins.
